Horseback Riding Lessons

images-32

Before we  had cars to drive, people used horses to get around and  everyone was taught to care for and ride horses. Today, horseback riding has become recreational, but horseback riding still provides us with many benefits, such as body awareness, quick thinking, coordination, core strength, mental exercise as well as muscle tone and flexibility, plus animal compassion.

Below are a few stables we have found in Jeddah.  If you know of any additional stables, please feel free to let us know.  In addition, if you have experienced the services of any of these stables we would love to see your review at the bottom of the page in the comments section.

Review:  My daughter participated at this club from September – May.  This venue is not shades so you need to be prepared for late afternoon/evening lessons.  There are not really any fluent English teachers available.  There is one instructor with basic English only.   My daughter really loved her experience until the end when an unfortunate accident occurred and she fell off the horse.  After her accident, I felt her instructor had no interest in working with her anymore and became very lacks in teaching her and  spent most of his time on the phone instead of instructing her.  Such a shame because the rest of the season was so great.
